Feedback Book at all our Sites

All of our sites have a feedback book available in reception should you wish to make any comments.

These books are regularly reviewed and comments are shared with the Patient Participation Group and staff as necessary. Any relevant actions are taken where possible. If you do not wish for others to see your comments please either put them in writing and give them to reception or speak to the receptionist.

Please remember, positive comments are always welcome and negative comments are used for training and learning purposes where appropriate.
