At Chesterfield Medical Partnership we aim to provide an efficient and friendly service of high quality. We will always be willing to hear if there is any way that you think we can improve the service we provide. Help us get it right so we can constantly try to improve the service we offer. Do you have a Complaint or a Concern?

We recognise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctor or any of the staff working in this practice, please let us know.

Complaints Procedure

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible and ideally within a matter of days.

Please contact the Practice Manager at the surgery.

We shall acknowledge your complaint within three working days and will look into your complaint promptly, keeping you up to date as we do so.
